Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable the inside face of a vessel to be easily cleaned and to improve heat insulating efficiency a little more by specifying the shape of a curved part as an undercut part to coat all the inside face with a fluororesin.
CONSTITUTION: The angle of inclination θ1 by a tangential line L1 from a horizontal plane at the curved part D is made larger than the angle of inclination θ2 formed by a line L2 passing from a prescribed site on the upper periphery of a wide liquid supplying port C through the wide liquid supplying port C to the curved part D. In a blasting process which is done before a fluororesin coating layer is formed, when hard powder S such as alumina powder is shot from a blasting gum 5 whose position is fixed at a site on the periphery of a wide liquid supplying port B, the hard powder S reaches all over the inside face, and the fluororesin coating layer is formed all over the inside face of an inner cylinder 2 by roughing in the blasting process, and further, the adhesion of the fluororesin coating layer to the inside face is much enhanced. The objective metallic vacuum double vessel, thus produced facilitates its cleaning, remarkably and also heat insulating efficiency thereof is a little more enhanced.
