To support rearrangement for customer division by computer processing, when dividing customers in a prescribed area a meter inspection group by a meter inspection group to take into account the load distribution onto meter checking persons, as to meter inspection work for utilities such as electricity, gas and city water.
This system is provided with a section area data 4 for displaying, on a map screen, occupation areas of the sections wherein the customers in the prescribed area are partitioned with a prescribed number, a map data 3 including a prescribed geographic range, a map displaying means 5 for superposing the area data 4 with the map data 3 to be screen-displayed on a display terminal, discriminated from the other sections, a section selecting means 6 for selecting the displayed, based on a selection indication input on a screen, an attribute change receiving means 7 for receiving a change input of an attribute of the selected by the section selecting means 6, and a total load index display means 8 for displaying individually an attribute unit by an attribute unit or list-displaying total load indexes in the section with the common attributes, as to the attributes for which the change input is received by the attribute change receiving means 7.
