Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a metering device in common and to reduce the costs of a drying facility by a method wherein, before dried grains are shipped, the dried grains which are discharged from a silo are fed to the metering device via a flow-rate-regulating and storage tank and they are shipped after their weight is measured.
SOLUTION: Supplied grains are received by a receiving hopper 2 or the like so as to be fed to a flow-rate-regulating and storage tank 8. While the flow rate of the grains is being regulated by the flow-rate-regulating and storage tank 8, the grains are fed to a coarse cleaner 10, they are sorted coarsely into straw scrapes and grains, the grains are fed to a metering device 11 so as to measure their weight. The metered grains are fed to respective driers 15, they are dried down to a prescribed moisture value inside the driers 15, and the dried grains are fed to respective silos 24 so as to be stored. When the dried grains are shipped, the dried grains inside the respective silos 24 are discharged to the flow-rate-regulating and storage tank 8 which becomes an empty state after finishing the receipt of the grains, they are fed to the metering device 11 via the coarse cleaner 10, and they are shipped after their weight is measured. Thereby, the coarsely cleaned and dried grains are metered in the same metering device 11a, and the costs of a metering apparatus can be lowered.
