PURPOSE: To enable an accurate setting of an amount of powder to be carried out without stopping a machine by a method wherein a pressure fluid circuit with a compacting amount of pharmaceutical products being applied as a function of pressure of fluid within a first chamber and a second main body are supported and there is provided a vertical piston moved forward or rearward along a vertical second hole formed at a first main body.
CONSTITUTION: Upon rotation of a second main body 17, each of first holes 8 corresponds to a capsule 2 at its bottom part and corresponds to a block 17 and a vertical piston 16 at its top end. Every time a device 1 is rotated, the first hole 8 communicates an inner side of a container 7 with each of lower capsules 2 only for a predetermined time. The hole 8 is closed by a fixed semi-annular main body 65 at its top end for a second predetermined period of time to cause a capsule 2 to be discharged out of the device 1. During releasing of the first hole 8, pharmaceutical product is compacted once or several times in the capsule 2 through reciprocating motion of the vertical piston 16 at the device 1 and through each of the blocks 17. An amount of pharmaceutical product compacted into the capsule 2 is varied in correspondence with a variation of pressure of fluid within the first chamber 21.
