To provide a (meth)acrylic polymer that has high weather resistance and a low coloring property.SOLUTION: A (meth)acrylic polymer has a glass transition temperature of -15°C or lower, includes molecular chains in which at least one end structure is a structure represented by formula (1), and has a Hazen color scale (APHA) of 600 or less.
