Abstract:

To provide a methacrylic resin having excellent flow moldability and chemical cracking-resistance as well as excellent transparency and surface hardness that can make thermoplastic molding, and to provide a melt molded article thereof.

There are provided: the methacrylic resin containing 60-90 mass% of methacrylic ester monomer unit, and 10-40 mass% of at least one kind of fluorine group-containing vinyl monomer unit that is copolymerizable with the methacrylic ester monomer unit; and the melt molded article formed by the methacrylic resin.
