Abstract:
To provide a methanation reactor which can suppress local temperature rise of a catalyst.SOLUTION: A methanation reactor includes a double pipe having an inner pipe and an outer pipe, and a catalyst arranged between the inner pipe and the outer pipe of the double pipe. The inner pipe has a supply port of raw material gas arranged on one end in an axial direction, and a communication port which communicates between the inside and the outside of the inner pipe, and is opened to the inside of the outer pipe arranged on the other side in the axial direction, and the outer pipe has a closed end on the other side in the axial direction, and a discharge port for discharging methane-containing gas arranged on one end in the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
