Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a fluorine-containing cyclic olefin monomer capable of providing a targeted fluorine-containing cyclic olefin monomer at high selectivity.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a fluorine-containing cyclic olefin monomer includes a process (A) for continuously manufacturing a fluorine-containing cyclic olefin monomer by continuously reaction fluorine-containing olefin and cyclic polyene in a reaction container. In the process (A), by continuously or intermittently supplying the cyclic polyene into the reaction container and continuously or intermittently supplying the fluorine-containing olefin into the reaction container or inputting the same in the reaction container, the fluorine-containing olefin and the cyclic polyene are continuously reacted, and a molar ratio between content of the cyclic polyene Xand content of the fluorine-containing olefin Xin the reaction container, X/Xis adjusted in a range of 1.01 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
