Abstract:
Preparation of N-[3-[(2-methoxyphenyl)sulfanyl]-2-methylpropyl]-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,5-benzoxathiepin-3-amine (I) comprises condensation of 7,8-dihydro-6H-5-oxa-9-thia-benzocyclohepten-7-ylamine compound (II) and 5-methoxy-6-(2-methyl-butylsulfanyl)-cyclohexa-1,3-diene compound (III). Preparation of N-[3-[(2-methoxyphenyl)sulfanyl]-2-methylpropyl]-3,4-dihydro-2H-1,5-benzoxathiepin-3-amine (I) comprises condensation of intermediate of 7,8-dihydro-6H-5-oxa-9-thia-benzocyclohepten-7-ylamine compound (II) and 5-methoxy-6-(2-methyl-butylsulfanyl)-cyclohexa-1,3-diene compound of formula (III).
