Abstract:

To suppress residual vibration that is generated in a machine base by placing a controlled object in operation when the controlled object is installed on he machine base with low rigidity.

The acceleration/deceleration time of a speed command is equalized to a time nT0 (n=0, 1, 2 ...) which is an integral multiple of a natural vibration period T0=2π/ω determined by the total mass of the machine base and a servomotor and the spring constant of the machine base. Denoting the acceleration time of the speed command as nT0, the response D (t) of a vibration component block (ω2/(s2+ω2) when t>ta becomes 0 as shown by D (t)= α0(cos(ω(t+ta))-cos(ωt) =ω0(cos(ω(t-nT0)-cos(ωt))=0.
