Abstract:
PURPOSE: Feed is allowed to fall down in loosened state, then a liquid mixture is sprayed on the feed to effect uniform coating.
CONSTITUTION: The shaft 9 driven by motor 14 is set on the center axis of the cylinder 8 and provided with blades 19 and the inlet for the feed 20 is opened on the cylinder 8 to which the blades 19 oppose. Further, nozzle 25 is set below the blades 19 and connected through a flexible tube 28 to the pipe for feeding the liquid mixture outside the cylinder 8. As a result, the liquid mixture is uniformly sprayed to effect uniform coating of each feed particle.
