Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent taste from being deteriorated by interposing a moisture proof sheet folded into two between a bread slice and one of lump food and pulling its one side end part out of a sandwich. CONSTITUTION: Cutting faces 1a and 2a of bread slices 1 and 2 and the surface of a moisture proof sheet 4 directly abutted to the upper face of hamburg 3a and the lower face of vegetable 3b are defined as the side of surface 4A of the moisture proof sheet at all. A rear side 4B is the overlapped contact face of sheets and does not directly touch the bread slice. A pulling piece 4a is protruded outside from the bread slice 1. The moisture proof sheet 4 is interposed while being folded into two respectively between the respective bread slices 1 and 2 and the filling 3. The moisture proof sheet 4 is continued from the pulling element 4a at the top part through return parts 4b and 4c to the downside. On the downside from the 4c, the sheet is folded into two as well and reaches the terminal 4d so that the moisture or the like of vegetables 3b can be prevented from infiltrating to the side of the bread slice 2.
