To simplify the assembly and the adjustment of a machine while enhancing the accuracy by adjusting each leg part of the machine until the actually measured load pressure reaches a nominal load pressure.
A load cell 45 is a measuring member receiving a pressure directly from a set screw 23 and used for measuring a pressure variation accurately and converting the pressure variation into an electric signal. The signal is led through a lead wire 47, an amplifier 48, and a lead wire 50 to a plug- socket contact 29 and connected with an operating system. The operating system is a portable device comprising a memory storing a predetermined nominal load pressure and the memory is connected, as one operating member of the operating system, with a lap top computer. An actual load pressure is read into the lap top computer and regulated to the level of nominal load pressure by means of the set screw 23. The regulation process is continued until the leg parts 11 of all machines reach the nominal load pressure.
