PURPOSE: To obtain nutritious feed and fertilizer by agitating org. waste introduced into an agitation tank while blowing hot air until the water content is reduced to a prescribed amt., adding ferment bacilli and fermenting the waste.

CONSTITUTION: Org. waste such as bean-curd refuse is used as it is. Org. waste to be cut such as bony parts of fishes is cut into small pieces. These org. wastes are introduced into a tank with agitating blades and agitated at a high speed while blowing hot air until the water content is reduced to about 60wt.%. Ferment bacilli are then added to the tank and the wastes are fermented.
