To provide a batch lamination apparatus for a plurality of sheets of seal labels enabling high volume production.
The system consists of a means for separation just prior to lamination for; printing the surface of a label base material with printing sections of a plurality of sheets of the seal labels within the required blocks of the surface; applying release agents over the entire surface including the printing sections: forming tacky adhesive surfaces on the rear surface of the base material; bonding together a release paper to the tacky adhesive surfaces; cutting out the base material in compliance with the printing sections of a plurality of sheets of the labels to manufacture seal label base paper arrayed with a plurality of sheets of the labels as needed on the release paper; bending and moving the release paper of the base paper in a U-shaped form to peel the release paper; putting air between the tacky adhesive surfaces and the release paper of the respective labels, and again bonding and placing the tacky adhesive surfaces on the release paper, and a batch bonding and laminating means for moving a suction plate up and down from above onto the respective labels bonded and placed on the release paper; and batch sucking and bonding a plurality of sheets of the labels onto the suction plate to laminate the labels; and bonding and laminating the respective labels by batch returning the labels.
