Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enhance thermal economical efficiency by concentrating a waste fluid by freezing moisture in the waste fluid and to obtain clean water by removing the greater part of COD and BOD components accompanied by the freezing of moisture in the waste fluid.
CONSTITUTION: A waste fluid is charged in 3 crystallizing tank 21 and the moisture of the waste fluid is crystallized by the evaporator 11 of a freezing and crystallizing device 20 and the crystal component formed by this operation is drawn out of the crystallizing equipment while the conc. waste fluid is supplied to a waste fluid combustion furnace 1 to be burnt. An absorption freezing system is constituted of the evaporator 11, an absorbing device 12, a regenerator 13 and a condenser 14. The waste heat from a waste heat boiler 2 is used as the heat source of the regenerator 13.
