Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression packing apparatus and a compression packing method capable of freely setting a volume of a packing matter.
SOLUTION: A continuous band like packing material let out from a roll is wound to one end part of a cylindrical compression chamber by a prescribed number, a closing treatment is conducted for the packing material wound in the prescribed number or part of the packing material wound in the prescribed number is fixed to a pressure receiving body facing an opening of one end part of the compression chamber, successively, in the state that one end part of the compression chamber and the pressure receiving body are set closet each other, a compressed body in the compression chamber is moved to a receiving body side, the object to be treated charged into the compression chamber is subjected to a compression treatment, successively, while the packing material is wound to one end part of the compression chamber, by relatively separating the compression chamber and the pressure receiving body, a normal shaped compression matter successively discharged from one end part of the compression chamber is packed with the packing material slidingly released from one end of the compression chamber.
