Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate curling or the like deformation by setting each process while a long doctor base-metal held at a material reel is continuously sent out with a blade face kept horizontal to a liquid face, and continuously wound to a wind reel while held by a plurality of pinch rollers.
SOLUTION: A spirally held doctor blade base-metal 2 at a material reel 1 is sent out with a blade face held in a horizontal direction to a liquid face, and wound to a wind reel 30. A pre-treatment process A between the material reel 1 and a complex plating process B includes degreasing, cleaning with water, dipping in acid and cleaning with water. A degreasing bath 3, a water cleaning bath 4, an acid dipping bath 5 and a water cleaning bath 6 are provided correspondingly. Nonelectrolytic ceramic-combined nickel plating is carried out in a complex plating bath 7 of the complex plating process B. A post-treatment process C between the complex plating process B and the wind reel 30 includes processes of collecting of a plating solution, cleaning with water and drying, and a plating collection bath 8, a water cleaning bath 9 and a drying bath 10 are set correspondingly.
