Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a winding apparatus which can keep always definite tension and obtain high-speed responsivity by improving a technique which controls the tension of a wire fed to a winding mechanism so as to be definite.
CONSTITUTION: Tension pulleys 8a, 8b and springs 9a, 9b which energize them are the same constituent parts as in conventional techniques. Tension pulleys 15a, 15b which are pivoted by piston rods in air cylinders 16a, 16b are installed, a wire is wound on the tension pulleys 15a, 15b, and the air cylinders 16a, 16b are connected to a compressed-air source 17 whose pressure has been adjusted.
