PURPOSE: To retrain a shock when a motor is started and stopped and to easily perform the fine adjustment and the coarse adjustment of a position for a moving member.

CONSTITUTION: When the ON operation of an operating switch 12 is detected, a motor M is decelerated while a starting voltage is applied, and the speed of the motor is increased by a linear rise in an applied voltage E0 due to the charging of a capacitor C. Then, when the OFF operation of the operating switch 12 is detected, the applied voltage is lowered exponentially due to the discharge of the capacitor C only for a prescribed delay time by a delay-time means 14c, the motor M is decelerated, and the motor is stopped from a reduced-speed state after the delay time has elapsed.
