Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for controlling the reflow treatment of a tin-plated steel sheet capable of correctly grasping and controlling the temperature of the steel sheet in entering a cooling tank even when a manufacturing condition such as a steel sheet size, etc., is changed.
SOLUTION: In a reflow treatment method in which a continuously traveling tin-plated steel sheet is directly resistance-heated, and induction-heated, and then, quenched, the line speed of a steel sheet 1, the sheet thickness, the sheet width, the tin plating weight, the temperature of the steel sheet before heating, the atmospheric temperature, the output current by the direct resistance heating, and the output power of the introduction heating are detected, the operation is achieved by inputting these detected values in the model formula, the temperature of the steel sheet immediately before quenching are obtained, and at least one of the line speed, the output current of the direct resistance heating, and the output power of the introduction heating is controlled so that the temperature of the steel sheet becomes constant.
