PURPOSE: To continuously move a powder inside a closed case by arranging scraper plates in the case and moving the plates.

CONSTITUTION: In conveying a powder, the powder is charged from a charge port 2 and conveyed through a feed shoot 3 to between a belt 6 and porous plate 7 partitioning horizontally the interior of a main body 1. Next, a cylindrical rotary drum 10 in a head portion is rotated by a drive gear (not shown) to cause the belt 6 to go round, and air or the like is fed from a blower 13 into a lower case 1b through a gas feed main pipe 14 and plural gas feed branch pipes 16; the air or the like is passed through the pores of the plate 7 and introduced into an upper case 1a uniformly, to fluidize the powder. This results in that the powder fluidized in the zone above the plate 7 is conveyed in the form of a continuous and integral flow by the horizontal movement of scraper plates 5 fitted to the belt 6 and discharged through a discharge port shoot 18.
