Title:
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR CORRECTING SENSITIVITY OF SOLID-STATE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS63106529
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a highly accurate measuring apparatus, in a solid-state sensor having a plurality of photosensitive elements, by preliminarily calculating the sensitivity of a reference element and that of other element and correcting the output of each element other than the reference element on the basis of the characteristic difference with the reference element in the measurement of quantity of light. CONSTITUTION:By uniform exposure in the same light exposure, the output Vi of each element (i) of a sensor 100 is stored in a memory 104 to be sent to an operation apparatus 113. Next, a gate G is operated to bring the sensor to a dark state and the output Bi of the element (i) is stored in the memory 104 to be sent to the operation apparatus 113. The apparatus 113 calculates Aj/Ai according to a predetermined correction formula from the outputs Vi, Bi of the element (i) on the basis of a reference element (j) to store the same in a disk along with the output Bi. At the time of the correcting operation of the output of each element, Aj/Ai and Bi are read to be stored in a memory 106 and the output Vi of the element of the sensor is stored in the memory 104 and Vi-Bi is operated by an operator 110 to be stored in the memory 104. Next, (Aj/Ai)(Vi-Bj) is operated by an operator 111 to be stored in the memory 104 and, further, the sine/cosine table stored in a memory 108 is multiplied by a multiplier 111 to be inputted to the apparatus 113 to perform the operation of formula. By this constitution, the irregularity of the sensitivity of the element is corrected to make it possible to perform highly accurate optical measurement.
