Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make shapes of cut corners uniform and reduce man-hours by allowing corners to be cut on line with a simple structure.
CONSTITUTION: A continuous material fed in a predetermined direction is cut in a direction the material flows into a plurality of material pieces 15 in an intermediate position in a widthwise direction of the material, and the plurality of material pieces 15 are sequentially cut by a predetermined length from a tip in the flowing direction approximately perpendicularly to the flowing direction thereby shaping sheet-like objects, wherein in cutting the piece 15 into a predetermined length, a gap (g) is formed between vertical edges 15a of the adjacent pieces 15, and a corner where a lateral edge 15b and a longitudinal edge 15a intersect is cut.
