PURPOSE: To obtain fluffed homogeneously bleached pulp by ozone bleaching a high consistency acidified comminuted cellulosic fibrous material while rotating.
CONSTITUTION: The high consistency acidified comminuted cellulosic fibrous material and ozone containing gas containing an effective amount of ozone to delignify are introduced to the inlet 33 of a reactor 23, and the bleached pulp is pulled out from the outlet 25. In the tubular reactor 41, a motor 43 rotates a shaft 42, and the pulp is conveyed to the arrow mark 45 directions by plural impeller blades 47 of a screw 46. The lifter plates 48 outwardly extending from the surface of the impeller blades 47, grip the fluffed pulp, lift up, and homogeneously mix with the gas including ozone flowing the tubular reactor 41 in a cross flow.
