Abstract:
PURPOSE: To add a predetermined amount of diluting water and to accurately calculate dilution ratio, in the dilution of a food sample for the inspection of a bacterial count, only by performing simple work collecting food sample by eye measure to charge the same in the sample container set to a container receiving part.
CONSTITUTION: A dilution apparatus is constituted of a container receiving part 1 setting a sterilized sample container 2 such as a glass bottle or a polyethylene bag, a wt. measuring means 3, an operational control circuit 4, two diluting water adding pumps 6,7 having two kinds of large and small capacities and a diluting water tank 8.
