A switch isolates a capacitor from a circuit. An inverter which supplies power to a permanent magnet synchronous motor for driving a crawler is provided with a function which regeneratively operates the permanent magnet synchronous motor at turning and supplies a regenerative power generated by an inertia to the outside. The permanent magnet synchronous motor on the inside is regeneratively operated as a brake when turning at a high speed at a high speed running. The acquired power is supplied to the permanent magnet synchronous motor on the outside while the capacitor is isolated from the circuit to avoid damaging.
