A method for fabricating a three-dimensional body is an efficient method for fabricating beam material, and desirably fabricates a three-dimensional beam material (5) having a complicated form by using a method which can be introduced into existing mass production technology. Apparatus (1, 31) for fabricating the three-dimensional beam material (5) are provided with holding means and acting means. Openings (4, 35, 43, 53, 63) for holding a part of the beam material (5) are partially defined by plurality of holding factors (2, 32, 41, 51, 61) arranged around an axle in the longitudinal direction of the holding means. By relatively positioning openings (4, 35, 43, 53, 63) adjoining each other, the shape of the beam material (5) as a whole can be defined and the position of each opening (4, 35, 43, 53, 63) can be defined by the acting means.
