PURPOSE: To form even and stable ink liquid drops through a spontaneous drop- formation of ink liquid by applying a rotational force on the ink injected from an orifice with the rotation of an ink storage means rotatively supported.
CONSTITUTION: A rotary arm 2 is fixed on the rotating shaft 11 of a drive motor 1 in such a manner as to be radial in direction within the plane of rotation vertical to the shaft 11. Fixed on the arm 2, an ink liquid storage means 3 is made rotatable by means of a drive motor 1. The drive motor 1 rotates according to the olifice characteristics of the ink liquid storage means 3, and characteristics such as viscosity and surface tension of the ink liquid supplied so that the ink liquid is caused to be injected in drops from the orifice 3a whereby lines of ink particles flying toward the recording material. In this manner, ink liquid injected from the orifice 3a of the ink liquid storage means 3 forms drops spontaneously - a sort of spontaneous drop-formation of the ink liquid.
