SOLUTION: In a method and an apparatus for forming a skin of a trim panel of a vehicle by means of a convex vacuum-drawn protrusion forming method using a vacuum-drawn protrusion mold 7 to form the skin 1 having an embossed pattern into a shape of an internal panel, the surface of the skin 1 is partially vacuum-drawn with a partially vacuum-drawn recess mold 13 to form a partial pattern 26.
