PURPOSE: To accurately dispose pattern printing positions through all layers by providing sucking mechanism for securing the positions of a cushion sheet and a ceramic green sheet on one of a hot plate, and press-bonding a plurality of the green sheets held between hot plates while operating the mechanism.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of ceramic green sheets 4 in which predetermined patterns are printed are held in a sandwich state between upper and lower hot plates 2 and 3, a press 1 is operated, and the plate 2 is moved down, thereby press-bonding the sheets 4. A suction tube 20 connected to a sucking member such as a vacuum pump or the like is provided on the plate 3, and a suction hole 21 is formed in communication with the tube 20. A cushion sheet 10, a ventilation plate 11, a mesh plate 12 provided on the plate 3, and the sheets 4 placed thereon are secured at their positions on the plate 3 by negative pressure, and the press 1 is driven in this state to press-bond the sheets 4.
