PURPOSE: To enhance out-of-plane compression strength and out-of-plane bending strength, by a method wherein a reinforced corrugated body is formed by molding meandering corrugated ridge rows and subsequently moved while sucked to a forming roller for a definite period and a flat liner is bonded to at least one surface of the corrugated body.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet material 001 to be processed is passed between a pair of forming rollers 1a each having uneven meandering tooth shape ridge lines 2 formed to the peripheral surface thereof, and ridge and trough parts in a vertical direction are alternately applied to said sheet material to form corrugated ridge rows and allowed to meander in a planar corrugated form to mold meandering corrugated ridge rows to form a reinforced corrugated body 10. Subsequently, said corrugated body 10 is moved while sucked to a forming roller 1a for a definite period and a flat liner 19a is bonded to the surface provided with said ridge rows of said corrugated body. At this time, in the cross-sectional wave of each meandering corrugated ridge rows, the amplitude ratio H/L (L and H are the cycle and amplitude of the cross-sectional wave) thereof is set to 0.2 or more and the meandering overlap ratio D/L (D and N are the amplitude and cycle of a plane wave) of each ridge row in the plane wave is set to 0.5 or more and, further, the meandering ratio D/N of the plane wave is set to 0.15 or more.
