Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a composite molding which has a large bond strength between a metal molding and a resin molding though a structure is compact and inexpensive, and has no problem in a stock of the metal molding.SOLUTION: A composite molding is formed of a fixed mold temperate (1) and a movable mold temperate (5) to be mold opened and closed. A press die (10) is provided at a predetermined position of the mold temperatures (1 and 5), and a molding die (20) for resin molding is provided at such a position as not to interfere with the press die (10). When the movable mold temperate (1) is mold closed, a metal molding is formed by a fixing side press die (11) and a movable side press die (15). Simultaneously, a cavity including the metal molding is structured by a fixing side molding die (21) and a movable side molding die (25). A composite molding is obtained by filling the cavity with a molten resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
