The apparatus for manufacturing the fiber reinforced resin made container includes a resin bath 28 for impregnating carbon fiber 24 with an epoxy resin to supply as the resin impregnated fiber 26 and a liner rotation apparatus for rotating a liner 12 to wind the resin impregnated fiber 26. A temperature controller 30 is provided between the resin bath 28 and the liner 12. A part constituting the inner layer of the periphery of the liner 12 is cooled by being passed through the cooled temperature controller 30. A part constituting the outer layer of the periphery of the liner 12 is heated by being passed through the heated temperature controller 30.
