To provide a method of manufacturing a plastic magnet which hardly deteriorates the magnetic properties of magnetic powder and is capable of keeping resin high in fluidity in manufacturing processes.
The method of manufacturing the plastic magnet comprises an introduction process of introducing granular or powdery resin 19 into a heating cylinder 1 through an upper-side resin inlet 15b and then introducing one or more kinds of magnetic powder into the heating cylinder 1 through a lower-side magnetic powder inlet 15a, a melting/combining process of melting the resin 19 by heat of the heating cylinder 1 and combining molten resin to the magnetic powder 18 to form combined material, a sending process of sending the combined material into a reservoir 9 which is provided on a lower side of the magnetic powder inlet 15a to reserve the combined material, and a molding process of molding the plastic magnet by injecting the combined material into a molding die 5 by pressure through the outlet 8 of the reservoir 9.
