PURPOSE: To economically manufacture a platelike element of a high quality in an industrial scale by forming a laminate of a cement and a reinforcing mat, and curing by storing.
CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing mat 4 is moved onto a substrate 1. A relatively low moisture net-like cement mixture is adhered to the mat 4, passed through a measuring and smoothing unit 5 to a predetermined thickness, and a netlike central layer material is guided onto a lower outside layer 6 which has already been measured, smoothed by a roller 11, a reinforcing mat 13 is brought into a continuously manufacturing step, and guided to the central layer. During this operation, the layer 6 is integrated with the layer 14, pressurized and conducted by the unit 5. This multilayer continuous unit 18 is precured at a relative humidity of about 100% and about 65°C via a curing groove path, easily scissioned. Then, the elements are stacked, and treated in a curing warehouse for about seven days at about 20°C.
