Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a uniform powder layer on the surface of the pressure-sensitive layer provided on a substrate with high productivity even when a fine particulate powder is used.
SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the powder layer laminate, wherein the powder layer is formed on the surface of the pressure-sensitive layer on the substrate, comprises a first process for providing the pressure- sensitive layer on the substrate and a second process for bringing the powder, which is bonded to the surface of a transfer roll or bonded on a magnetic brush, into contact with the pressure-sensitive layer on the substrate to transfer the same to the transfer roll to form the powder layer.
