To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing regenerated aggregate for concrete which can manufacture coarse aggregate without requiring heat treatment and water immersion treatment.
The method of manufacturing regenerated aggregate for concrete by regenerating the coarse aggregate from concrete lump, includes a primary crushing treatment of step S1 for crushing concrete lumps; a primary screening treatment of step S2 for screening a crushed matter crushed by this crushing treatment to obtain a raw material for coarse aggregate by using two-stage screens; a dry ice treatment for jetting a granular dry ice toward the raw material for coarse aggregate obtained by the primary screening treatment by using a dry ice jetting device and a vibrating conveyer; and a secondary screening treatment of step S7 for screening the treated matter produced by this dry ice treatment to obtain the coarse aggregate.
