Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method enabling to provide a highly precise molded product by measuring the dimensions of fine shapes continuously formed on one main surface of a long-form resin sheet and feeding back the measured results to the manufacturing conditions, without stopping the production.
By continuously forming fine shapes on a resin sheet, measuring the formed fine shapes and comparing the measured results with previously stored determination criteria, the movement conditions of the resin sheet and the roll mold are corrected. The manufacturing method adjusts, by continuously repeating these steps, the dimensions of the formed fine shapes without stopping the production line.
