To obtain a tablet of high quality by distributing resin from a screw- containing cylinder of a kneading extruder to a plurality of discharge ports, and injecting it in a tablet mold having a plurality of cavities, thereby, remarkably improving productivity.
Resin composition is fed to a heating cylinder 2 by rotation of a screw of a kneading extruder 1, and kneaded while being heated and melted. It is quantitatively cut by a cutter 4 provided near a discharge port of a distributing die 3 by an urging force of the screw, and then charged in a tablet mold 8 having one or a plurality of cavities. After the charging is completed, a tablet mold holder 5 is moved. Then, when the mold 8 is arrived at a position of the discharge port of the die 3, the holder 5 is stopped. After the resin charged in the mold 8 is pressurized by an upper plunger 11 and sealing member 99, it is cooled. This is lifted by a thrust plunged 12.
