After a foamable resin 31 is injected in the hollow blow-molded object 23 formed by the blow molding of a parison, the core part of a mold 10 is moved by predetermined quantity in a mold opening direction so as to magnify the volume of the cavity of the mold and the foaming of the foamable resin is accelerated to expand the blow-molded object 23 to mold the resin molded product. Before or after the start of the movement of the core part 13, a separation part 23b is formed to the part 23a to be stretched accompanied by the expansion of the blow-molded object 23 of the blow-molded object 23.
