Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the production efficiency.
SOLUTION: A process using a molding processing means 11 molding a resin material within molds 14, 15 and an injection means 12 injecting the resin material in a molten state to mold the resin material in the molds 14, 15 by the molding processing means 11 to produce a molded product 13B, a process forming cavities 20 partially formed by the molded product 13B subjected to molding processing by the molding processing means 11 in the molds 14, 15 and a process injecting a resin material 13c into the cavities 20 in a molten state by the injection means 12 through passages 31, 32 connecting them are provided and the passage 31 connecting the injection means 12 and the cavities 20 is heated. By this constitution, since the molten resin 13c is integrated with the molded product 13B to become a thick-walled part, it is unnecessary to bond a separately produced thick-walled part.
