PURPOSE: To extract a plurality of the shapes under separated conditions by discharging a compressed gas from a clearance of a projecting pin in relation to a projecting operation of the pin when extracting the shapes from a die after injection molding.
CONSTITUTION: Resin is injected into cavities 6, a number of the shapes A1WA4 are molded, and a movable member 2 is parted from a fixed member 1, moved backward and retreated as it is left as the shapes A1WA4 are attached on the surface of the movable die. The projecting pins 7 are projected from the surface of the movable die to release the shapes A1WA4 from the dies while the compressed gas with high pressure is suplied to the upper shapes A1, A2 of the member 2 through manifold pore grooves 13, inserting holes 9 and the clearances 10 of the pins and the compressed gas with low pressure to the lower shapes A3, A4, and the shapes are dropped into each partitioned chamber 24aW24d of a housing box 23 disposed downward, and dropped onto a conveyor belt 27 by intermittently opening an opening and closing door 25 mounted to a lower section of the box 23.
