Abstract:
To measure bodily motions accurately by offsetting a zero point error when a six-axis datum acquired from a three-axis acceleration sensor and a three-axis angular rate sensor is in a stationary state.
In a method and an apparatus for monitoring postures for rehabilitation of a living body, the six-axis datum (62) acquired from the three-axis acceleration sensor (65) and the three-axis angular rate sensor (66) provided on a posture monitoring part (61) is inputted in an inertia operating part (63), and the motions of the living body (50) are measured by offsetting the zero point error of the six-axis datum (62) in the stationary state (M, N) with a high degree of accuracy.
