Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for processing a food dough such as a pizza dough, or the like, capable of not only processing a food dough rapidly, surely and efficiently by a machine but also preserving a dough for a long period of time.
SOLUTION: A dough material A is placed between opposing faces of an upper and a lower endless driving belts 16 and 15 which are vertically opposed and arranged at a fixed interval. The dough material A is pressurized and formed while intermittently and synchronously traveling the upper and lower endless driving belts 16 and 15 in the same direction and is cooled to a fixed temperature by a cooling means 19.
