Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily produce a reinforcing material-containing extrusion molded panel without using special equipment by curving a squeeze pipe at a predetermined angle to extrude a hydraulic material from the mold attached to the leading end of the squeeze pipe.
CONSTITUTION: The hydraulic material extruded from an extruder passes through a first squeeze pipe 5 to flow to an L-shaped squeeze pipe 3. The L-shaped squeeze pipe 3 is bent so that the angle formed with respect to the center axis thereof is 50-90° and the emitting area thereof becomes large from the inner diameter side of the bent part to the outer diameter side thereof and the cross section thereof approaches the shape of a mold 2 toward the leading end of the squeeze pipe 13 and the outlet thereof becomes the shape of the mold. A flow adjusting metal fitting 9 having flow adjusting bolts 10 at the leading end thereof is provided in the L-shaped squeeze pipe 3 to adjust the emitting amt. of a material. Further, a reinforcing material introducing pipe 4 is introduced into the L-shaped squeeze pipe 13 from the outer diameter side of the curved part thereof. A green sheet into which the reinforcing material is introduced is extruded from the mold 2 and received by green sheet receiving rollers 8 to be cut and aged.
