Abstract:

PURPOSE: To simplify a molding process and to enhance the degree of freedom of a product shape and the quality of a product.
CONSTITUTION: When a resin tubular object is produced by gas injection molding, a mold 22 having a cavity 21 of which the shape corresponds to the outer surface shape of the resin tubular object is prepared and a gas injection pipe 30 is inserted in one end part of the cavity 21 and a molten resin is injected into the cavity from the gate 40 provided so as to be opened to the cavity part 21A positioned around the gas injection pipe 30 and gas is injected from the gas injection pipe 30 to fill the cavity 21 with the molten resin and the gas to form the resin tubular object. By this constitution, even the resin tubular object having a bent part such as a water cock can be easily produced.
