Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily proof read a device by calculating a coordinate system providing a reference mechanism on a plate, deflecting a focusing irradiating beam to a desired position of the system by a control means, and adjusting the means based on a deviation of a real position of a detected deflected irradiating beam on the plate from its desired position.
SOLUTION: A controller 9 is controlled so that a laser beam 5 is focused as a deflected beam 7 on an operating surface 8 of a container 1 by a deflecting unit 6. A reference cross mark is decided on a proof reading plate 60 on a plate 20 to specify a machine coordinate system. Then, the beam 5 is deflected on a film 63 by using the unit 6, and a photosensitive film obtains a plurality of adjusting cross marks as real coordinates. A deviation or rotation of irradiating coordinate system decided according to the adjusting cross marks is decided by comparing with a position of the reference cross mark, and a correction table is updated by the controller 9.
