Abstract:
PURPOSE: To remove a ceramics green sheet bonded to one side surface of a mold from the mold in an extremely simple and efficient manner while suppressing the generation of environmental pollution.
CONSTITUTION: A process heating a mold 1 along with a ceramics sheet material 2 and a process scraping off the ceramics sheet material 2 from the heated mold 1 by a scraper S are provided and the heater H coming into contact with the other side surface of the mold 1 to heat the mold 1 and the ceramics sheet material 2 from the other side surface of the mold and the scraper S provided so as to be relatively movable in the direction along the ceramics sheet material 2 with respect to the heater H and scraping off the ceramics sheet material 2 from the mold 1 by the relative movement are provided.
