Abstract:

To ensure the elongation necessary for a belt cover material in a tire molding process, a vulcanizing process and a tire running process by arranging wire codes at an equal pitch so as to apply predetermined slackening thereto and providing a predetermined slackening to a rubber sheet material coated with an coated with an unvulcanized rubber sheet.

In a creel stand 3 having a plurality of reels 2 having high elongation wire cords W wounds therearound, wires W are drawn out of the respective reels 2 of the stand 3 and predetermined slackening is applied to plurality of the taken out the wire cords W. Subsequently, wire cords W to which slackening Q is provided by the dancer apparatus 5 are aligned at an equal pitch and an unvulcanized rubber sheet matrix X to which a liner is bonded is applied to the front and rear surfaces of the wire cord W by a calender apparatus 7. Subsequently, predetermined slackening is applied to the rubber sheet material Wx in a sheet from by a dancer device 8 and tension is not imparted to the rubber sheet material Wx by a taking-up device 9.
